LETHBRIDGE, AB – Construction has started on a new rental community in north Lethbridge.
Blackwolf Ridge will provide access to recreation areas and parks and is near two major shopping centres. The Broadstreet Properties development will also offer community gardens, a dog run and 24/7 tenant support.
The property will offer one, two, and three-bedroom open-concept suites with planned on-site amenities such as a dog wash and run. This development is being build on the far east end of the Blackwolf subdivision.
Seymour and Broadstreet Chief Executive Officer Kris Mailman says Lethbridge is a community that has continually welcomed them. “We opened our first property in in 2018 and we are pleased to be opening our fourth property later this year. We’re also thrilled about the location as it’s near tons of parks, green spaces and amazing views, which we know our tenants will enjoy.”
