On May 8, there will be a test of the National Public Alerting System at 11:55 a.m. The Government of Canada will conduct this test in Alberta and other participating jurisdictions.
Regular testing of the alerting system is necessary to ensure the delivery of life-saving instructions to Albertans during emergencies.
