Police are looking for other possible victims of a 36-year-old man who is accused of taking a woman to an isolated area and sexually assaulting her.
According to Lethbridge Police officials, on January 11th an officer was approached by a woman who said she was assaulted earlier that morning by a stranger. The 26-year-old was taken to Chinook Regional Hospital and police began to investigate.
During their investigation, officers determined the alleged victim was offered a ride by an unknown man outside of the downtown library. The victim reported the man stopped at a convenience store before driving to a Northside Park instead of where the woman asked to be taken; this is where she was allegedly threatened and sexually assaulted, before being kicked out of the vehicle.
A description the victim gave police of both the accused and his vehicle, along with video surveillance police released to the public were used to help identify the unknown man.

Officials say on Friday Anthony Robert Small turned himself in to police without incident and had his vehicle seized. He is facing charges for sexual assault, uttering threats and unlawful confinement. He has been remanded into custody and is next scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
Anyone else with information on this incident or who could help investigators to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
