UPDATE: LPS investigating collision in south Lethbridge

UPDATE: According to police these roads have since been re-opened.

Police are asking drivers to avoid a section of 43rd Street South as officers investigate a collision.

According to Lethbridge Police officials, the intersection of 43rd Street South and Highway 3 along with the southbound lanes of 43rd Street at 1st Avenue South are closed.

Police say they will provide an update when available.
