Police in Lethbridge are looking into a reported threat at a local school.
The Lethbridge Police Service says staff at Lethbridge Collegiate Institute contacted them after finding an alleged threat written on school property. Police say the message said students and staff would be harmed on Thursday, December 19.
An investigation was launched to determine the validity of the threat. Police say there is no evidence to suggest an immediate risk.
Classes at LCI will continue as normal this week, and police officers will be on-scene at the school to monitor the situation.
