Lethbridge’s Water Tower Grill to close

Another restaurant in Lethbridge’s iconic water tower will be shutting its doors.

The Water Tower Grill will be closing up shop after dinner service Friday night, October 11th.

It re-opened last year under Calgary-based Vintage Group, the company’s first venture in Lethbridge.

The Water Tower Grill is the latest in a string of restaurants wanting to make the location work long-term including Ric’s Grill and Cut and Char Chophouse.
