$100K scratch and win ticket bought at Mayor Magrath Drive gas station

A Lethbridge woman is celebrating her recent windfall after scratching a winning scratcher ticket.

Jovelyn Fernandez won $100,000 off her $20 GOLDEN EGG Scratch and Win ticket and says when she saw the prize show up after scanning it her first thought was “Is this real?!”

“I had to have my husband check it and then my daughter,” she says. “We read the instructions on the ticket just to make sure!”

The Lethbridge woman says she plans to use the money to pay off her and her husband’s vehicle and do renovations on their home.
